Zoom Call #5 - I am hoping this will be a good time for all of us to meet.  We are finalizing travel plans and providing updates on the festival from the Team Captains meeting.

Training Dates for Barcelona Crew are:  May 2 and 9, (Saturday) 10-11:30am  and May 17, (Sunday) 9-10:30.  Sign up is under Training Sessions at http://kentdragonboat.com.

Attending the KDBA training sessions on these Saturdays is not recommended, as we don't want to over train before our event. 

MOST IMPORTANT to know sooner than later for training purposes: Logistically, the small boats will not arrive on time. Sooo, the 10P crews will race in the 20P boats.   I would like to have our first training session (this Saturday), in the small boat as it is a good training tool for maintaining body position and balance.  Our 2nd and third session will be in the Standard boat to focus on optimal benching configurations and race strategy.
